Shipping Methods-4me Fountains ships mostly UPS and various trucking companies for our soothing water fountains, depending on the manufacturer and the weight of the water feature. Shipping Time-The time needed to ship our unique water fountains will vary depending on the shipments location and the time of year. You should expect a 2 to 4 day delivery time for water features using UPS and 5 to 7 days for trucking companies, after the payment has been approved.

Shipping Charges-4me Fountains calculates freight charges on the individual water feature. If more than one water fountain is ordered and shipped to the same destination, sometimes discounts can apply and we will notify you of the refund.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii-Freight charges for these water features will be calculated on an individual basis do to the flux of rate shipping to these states.

International Orders-Depending on the manufacturer of the water fountain, 4me Fountains can direct you in obtaining the water fountain, but 4me Fountains does not accept international orders for our water features. We only ship our water fountains within the United States.

PLEASE NOTE: We also charge a $10.00 handling charge on every order.

Return Policy-4me Fountains works with different manufacturers that have different policies. Some of the water features that we carry have a no return policy and other water features havve a 30 day return with a credit issued for the cost of the item (less shipping and handling and a 30% restocking fee). Please contact us if the issue arises.

Refused Shipments-Any water fountain or product that is refused when it is delivered, will not be tolerated. The total amount of the water fountain or product are paid for in advanced. So if you decide you do not want the fountain, please do not order it! There will be no refund of any sort if you refuse the shipment.

Errors With Orders-Please report them right away! Using different manufactures can somtimes be confusing because they all have their own policies. If 4me Fountains or one of the companies we work with are at fault, we will do everything we can to fix the problem, because we are human an these things do happen. E-mail or call 4me Fountains and we will work through the process together.

Typographical Errors-We do our best to check for errors. However, in case any of our unique water fountains have been mis-marked, we wil notify you of the actual price of that water fountain. And we thank you for pointing it out.
