Shipping Methods-Our naturally inspired indoor and outdoor water fountains are shipped from multiple locations within the United States. UPS and FedEx are mostly used, but depending on the weight of the indoor or outdoor waterfall, various trucking companies are also used.

Shipping Time- After the payment has been approved, depending on the shipping location and the time of year, you should expect your natural decorations within a week when UPS and FedEx are delivering the indoor outdoor fountains. For the heavier water fountains please allow up to 3 weeks since the trucking companies take a little more time. And given that, a lot of the indoor and outdoor waterfall fountains are individually handcrafted, receiving your water fountain purchase could take up to a month.

Shipping Charges-4me Fountains calculates freight and shipping charges on the weight of each water fountain. If more than one nature inspired waterfall is ordered and shipped to the same destination, sometimes discounts can apply. And of course with the human element involved, sometimes errors do happen. We will notify you and a refund will be applied back to the credit card or PayPal account you paid with.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii-Generally 4me Fountains only ships within the continental United States, but depending on the manufacturer we may be able to accommodate your needs. Freight charges for these naturally inspired water fountains will be calculated on an individual basis do to the flux of rate shipping to these states.

International Orders-Depending on the manufacturer of the water fountain, 4me Fountains can direct you in obtaining the waterfall, but 4me Fountains does not accept international orders for our water fountains. We only ship our soothing waterfalls within the continental United States.

PLEASE NOTE: We also charge a $5.00 or $15.00 handling charge on every order, depending on the weight and manufacturer of the indoor or outdoor water fountain.

Return Policy-4me Fountains works with different manufacturers that have different return policies. Some of the water fountains have a no return policy and others have a 30 day return with a credit issued for the cost of the water fountain (less shipping and handling and a 30% restocking fee). Please contact 4me Fountains if the issue arises.

Refused Shipments-Any relaxing water fountain or product that is refused when it is delivered will not be tolerated. The total amount of the indoor fountain or outdoor waterfall is paid for in advanced. So if you decide you do not want the natural decorations, please do not order it! There will be no refund of any sort if you refuse the shipment.

Errors With Orders-Please report them right away! Using different manufactures brings you the customer a bigger selection of better quality water fountains, but can sometimes be confusing because they all have their own policies. If 4me Fountains or one of the companies we work with are at fault, we will do everything we can to fix the problem, because we are human and these things do happen. E-mail or call 4me Fountains and we will work through the process together.

Damage with Orders-

· When receiving your order you should first inspect the box or wrapping to see if any damage is done.

· If there is, right it down it right away on the documents you’ll receive with the water fountain and have the delivery person sign it also. Then contact 4me Fountains if actual damage was done to you new decorative water fountain.

· If you don’t see the damage until you open up the water fountains package, leave everything the way you received it. Then contact 4me Fountains.

· Most the time the water fountain will have to be shipped back in its original packing before you can receive your water fountains replacement.

Typographical Errors-We do our best to check for errors. However, encase any of our naturally inspired indoor outdoor waterfall fountains have been miss-marked; we will notify you of the actual price. And we thank you ahead of time for pointing it out.
